Things that I hold dear are:-
- Placing integrity and honesty above all else
- It’s ok to be who you are, regardless of what you were
- Everyone should have a right to be treated with respect and courtesy
- Every has a right to knowledge that can enhance their personal and professional effectiveness
- Being accountable and taking responsibility for what I do
- Focus on helping customers getting great results
- Being rewarded for the value that I bring
- If it’s not fun and passionate, why bother?
